*Please note this is a pre-order. The release date is June 17th BUT most stores will not start shipping until July 5th. We don't expect to receive the merch until AT LEAST a month after the release date, we will update on our social media when they arrive with us. If there are any delays we will inform customers asap.*

We do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders unless there is damage to the product (this does not include damage to the outbox). We recommend that you film an unboxing as we will ask for this as proof if you request a refund. 

If you would like to order other products that are not pre-orders along with pre-order items please note that they won't be shipped until the pre-order item is available.
